Refund policy

Products can be returned at your costs within 14 days by law, if you are a customer living within the European Union. Restrictions apply – see below. If you want to have your products exchanged or returned, please get in touch with our support team first.

You need a valid RMA number from us to return products.

These products are excluded by law from exchange or return:
– products which are sealed and already opened by the customer or any authority,
– used products,
– hygiene products (e.g. masks),
– products like condoms for security reasons,
– products for adult (e.g. toys) for hygiene and security reasons,
– medical products for security reasons.
